Texas Roadhouse in Stow

Went on A Saturday Evening at Prime time. Expected one hour wait. Only 40 minutes till we were seated. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional. Our waiter Frank did excellent job of serving us. Great attention to detail. Food was fresh, very tasty and cooked to our liking. Job well done. Specially at Prime time. Thank you and see you soon.

We got exactly what we wanted for a very good price. thanks to the whole crew for doing a wonderful job. It was our anniversary and we hadn't been out to dinner in six months.

Our server was very nice and fast. She was on point 😊 the bread is ALWAYS bomb! I don't KNOW what kind of butter that is, but its good. I had the fried pickles for an appetizer and fried fish, seasoned rice and baked sweet potato with brown sugar and butter. The potato was too brown, but still tasty. Staff was nice and fast and no problems for us. See ya next time!

They were very quick with the service even for the night after valentine's day! I did call ahead to go on the waitline so we were sat down in less than 5 minutes. The food was delicious and never had to even ask for anything everything was offered! They did a great job making date night for two parents wonderful!

Our server name was CeCe and she was phenomenal! Made sure our food was out in a good time, refilled our drinks and checked on us throughout. The food was cooked perfectly and she made our experience very worth coming back for. During this pandemic were living in I was afraid to dine out. I'm glad I had this is experience to share. Thank you Roadhouse and CeCe.

Texas Roadhouse is my favorite new restaurant! Top quality service and food! The rolls with the honey butter were a meal in itself, I'll definitely be going back here again. Everything was great, not one complaint!

Tasty as always! They are taking proper covid precautions and also have managed to keep serving most of their normal menu items!

My husband and I had dinner at Texas Roadhouse in Stow, Ohio yesterday. First, the bathroom was filthy with toilet paper all over the floors. The guy cleaning the tables didn’t do a very good job cleaning or sanitizing the tables. He didn’t clean the booth seats, the salt and pepper shakers etc. I didn’t feel safe from Covid 19 eating there and don’t plan on returning! The food was just ok but the waitress didn’t offer any extra rolls and the steaks were very charred on the outside which gave my steak a bitter taste. We have been there before and the manager came around and asked how things tasted but not this time. Our waitress was efficient and friendly.

Always a perfectly cooked tender as can be flavorful steak. The appetizers are amazing and in my and several others opinions they have the best margaritas hands down.

A delicious meal as always. We love being able to get on the waitlist from the app. We were going to arrive during a busy time and only had to wait a few minutes because of checking in earlier on the app.

Maybe they were having an off night, but the night that I was there with my family they barely brought us enough rolls for the number of people in our family. To top it off, all of the food was under seasoned. I will most likely not be returning to this location.

Always excellent food. Here at least once a month. Everything is always perfect. Cactus blossom and sauce won't disappoint! Rolls are to die for. I could eat a bag of the homemade croutons, always order extra in the side. Generous servings of food and drinks. A must anytime you are hungry!!! To go ordering is awesome as well!!!

Fantastic experience! The place was PACKED on a Sunday night and we used the online check in to cut down the wait time before arriving. Our server was fantastic and so was the food. Everything came out quickly and as ordered despite the insane amount of people there. Very satisfied and will be back!

Food is usually great and so is the service but a person in our group asked for his steak medium rare and came well done. Then took it back and brought out another and it was raw. Then instead of comping the price of his steak they only comp part of it. Not good customer service....

Steaks where over done and dry. Atmosphere was ok ,service was ok. 30 bucks for a ok steak.

HUGE shout out to Marcus!! Most fun we've had with a server EVER. We tortured the poor dude. He ran with it and entertained the shiz out of us. We will always request his tables and you should too. Tell em Larry sent ya!!

My steak was very good. I could cut it with a fork. Service was great.

Ordered to go today. Should of checked that everything was there before leaving. When I got home, they had forgotten the chili, the sour cream for the potato skins, and the butter for the rolls. Called and manager said she would refund me which was nice but still highly disappointed. If you're only doing takeout you think it would be easy to check and make sure everything is there before giving it to a customer. Also as a previous review stated, the lettuce in my salad was a little brown and not of good quality. I loved Texas Roadhouse, but after this not sure if I'll go back.

I love this place! They serve high quality dishes, they have a nice menu, The chef in that place is very experienced, I love very much trying all their dishes. The dishes are always of high class, the service towards the visitors is friendly. I often go to this place and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend it to all.

Steaks were cooked to perfection! Good chili and ceaser salad. Prompt and courteous staff. Our server Hannah was an amazing host.

They are not doing a very good job cleaning. Watched three tables get cleaned and it was no different than before COVID-19. A quick wipe (with a rag that was in the bus tub) of the table, then a quick wipe of one seat due to bus tub sitting on the other side, no cleaning salt and pepper shakers. Very poor job. Stop the spread is definitely not happening there. Such good food but scary cleaning and protecting the public. I will not be back as I feel the cleaning is not enough if someone where I may be seated had the virus before I set down.

I'm still giving you guys 5 stars but the lettuce of your salads has not been good for the last several times I've ordered and we have been ordering weekly. Hoping it improves. Everything is is great. But we would really love a good salad with our meals

Our food was terrific our waitress was even better with a large party of eight she done a fantastic job only missed bringing one salad not that big of a deal for me and my family she brought it as soon as we got to telling her

They did an excellent job with all the new restrictions in place. Wait time was reasonable. Social distancing maintained in parking lot and dining room.

Me and 4 others came here the other day and we got our orders taken pretty quickly and the food was just amazing. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. I would definitely want to come back. Every aspect was perfect.

Our service was excellent for lunch today. Celina was on top of all of needs. She made sure we had everything we needed and cleared the table quickly as we were done with things. Our food came out quickly and was cooked to order. Truly a great lunch spot.

This place had 5 stars for good food and excellent service. But since I went there the last time and saw a Blue Lives Matter flag hung in the dining room, I will not eat there again. I can't imagine any company that licks boots have any redeemable taste. Keep the politics at home. I am there to eat.

Food and service was great, but there was NO social distanceing at all. Place was packed every table servers walking around with mask but nose isn't covered, when they go to the kitchen they lower there mask's, it was full service like bodies business

I wont be supportive of a business that displays a blue lives matter banner. Very disappointing. This was one of my favorite restaurants.

Carl is by far the greatest server they have! Always excellent service when we stop in! If something comes out wrong, the managers are always helpful to make things right! I don't know what they do differently, but they by far have the best food out of all Texas Roadhouse chains.

They are very busy with online ordering, there are about 20 spots dedicated to this. Please be patient with the runners, as my food was brought out hot about 15 min after my scheduled pickup time. It was delishious!

Best place around for a steak, unfortunately this time they were out of porterhouse. Will call ahead next time. The alternative, bone in ribeye was awesome 👍👍

We got the prime rib for Mothers day during COVID19 and it was amazing! Our service was great when we picked up, everything was packaged nicely and tasted amazing! We had enough for 2 nights of meals even! Thank you for a great experience!

I hadn't been to a Texas roadhouse since my 31st birthday, fittingly enough, in Texas. Now I went to one almost 2000 miles away for my dad's birthday, and had a similar experience. Food was good, and didn't kill my stomach, as most chain dining experiences do. In the middle of a pandemic, the staff was still able to help you keep the attention on the food, instead of the outside atmosphere.

First time eating here, food was amazing! Everything was perfect including our server Tatyana. She was very informative and on top of her job for sure. The manager even came out and spoke with my husband and I. Wonderful customer service! We will be returning soon.

Steak was great and the rest was great also!! Food was a little slow coming out, but ghe taste made up for it. I miss the peanuts though!

For my Father's Day dinner with my daughters treating me: So, my steak was cooked at the correct temp, however my mushrooms & onions were NOT added. My daughter's steak was undercooked and had to be sent back. And they gave her mushrooms on her steak when she asked for onions. She was also given the wrong salad, which had to be sent back. My other daughter's burger was made incorrectly as well. The server apologized just once for the wrong salad, otherwise just saying "Sure" when we politely brought up a mistake in our orders. Manager came by and asked about our dining experience. I relayed the events and she took off $10.00. I don't think I will be visiting again especially when my daughters were trying to treat me on Father's Day. Not a pleasant experience at all.

I was uncomfortable with how close together they were seating people. The steak was good, but the only thing that really wowed my tastebuds was the croutons in the salad. Will likely return, but only after we are totally over COVID-19.

Food was pretty good, not great. I really liked the filet medallions that I got, especially with the portobello mushroom sauce. My wife got beef tips that were meh. Kids all enjoyed their steaks. Service was excellent.

Good food steak was tasteful. Salad was fresh... Friendly people ... peanuts were OK this time. Come in for good inexpensive food that will satisfy any comptroller. Lots of choices for sports and generally crowded at dinner... it closes at 10pm on weekdays so be sure to get there and enjoy their hospitality.
